Privacy Policy for So Close

Effective date: September 23, 2026

So Close is a casual physics slide game published by ChainJoy (“we”). On the App Store the app is named So Close Slide. This policy explains what the game and its servers collect, and why. It applies to the iOS and Android apps with the package name com.chainjoy.games.slide.physics.puzzle.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

• Device identifier. On first launch the game reads a device identifier, or creates a random one if the platform does not provide one. It is stored on the device and sent to our server so the game can keep an anonymous account.
• Gameplay data. Level scores, best scores, coins, owned items, and the item you have equipped. This is stored on the device and on our server.
• Technical data sent with a normal connection. IP address and basic request data that the server receives in order to answer the game.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in without an account, save progress, show scores, grant coins, and operate the game. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and analytics

The game can show interstitial and rewarded ads through AppLovin MAX, and can send gameplay events to Firebase Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) SDK, and JustTrack. When those services are turned on, they may collect an advertising identifier, IP address, device model, language, and how you use the app, under their own policies:

• AppLovin: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
• Google Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Meta: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
• JustTrack: https://www.justtrack.io/privacy-policy/

Rewarded ads are optional. Watching one can add coins or continue a level. We do not show banner ads.

Where data is stored

Game progress on the server is stored for the anonymous account at server.ym-games.online. A copy of coins, scores, settings, and the last downloaded game configuration also stays on your device. We keep server data for as long as the anonymous account is used to operate the game. Recall notifications, at most three per day, use the language stored with that account and an Apple push token on iOS.

Children

So Close is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can stop further collection by uninstalling the game. That removes the local copy. To delete the anonymous account and its scores, coins, and items from our server, email us the device identifier or a short description of the account and we will delete it. On iOS and Android you can also limit ad tracking in system settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and post the new version at this page.
